The ritual is inspired by Trataka, a Sanskrit word meaning “to look” or “to gaze.” Traditionally, Trataka meditation involves gazing at a candle flame to cultivate focus and inner stillness. We offer free shipping on eligible orders delivered within Canada and the United States. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your package ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
