Account creation is done through the check-out process, when ordering.

Creating an account allows you and us to track your orders and organize our communications with each other through our customer Customer Support Portal. 

Tranquil Rewards are also maintained through your account.

“Ornaument” is Aumani's exclusive, registered design, hand-crafted wood incense holder and accessory centerpiece, featuring the Sanskrit symbol Aum/Om/ॐ.  It has been designed with several features to enhance sacred experiences.

With our curated backflow backflow incense cones, it creates a beautiful cascading smoke waterfall.

Further enhancing spiritual experiences, incense sticks are held in place at the angle of the Angel Number 105. 

Accessories such as candles, crystals or more incense holders can be placed on its supporting shelf.

Sacred geometry assigns symbolic and sacred meanings to certain geometric shapes and certain geometric proportions.

In designing “Ornaument”, we used the Golden Ratio, or Fibonacci Sequence in the organization, placement and overall shape of the assembled pieces.  Learn more about Ornaument in Unveiling Ornaument.

The significance of the Angel Number 105 rests in a message of positivity and manifestation.

Numerically, 105 is the double factorial of 7. It is also the sum of the first five square pyramidal numbers. 105 comes in the middle of the prime quadruplet (101, 103, 107, 109) and has a great significance for those into numerology as well.

To further add to spiritual experiences, we incorporated this powerful number in the angle in which incense sticks are held, 105 degrees.

The Aumani Flexible Incense Subscription is a convenient service that delivers premium incense directly to your doorstep on a recurring basis. 

Our subscriptions offer a variety of pre-set options, including backflow cones only, incense sticks only, or a combination of both, tailored to suit your preferences.

Our Flexible Incense Subscription offers a diverse range of premium incense types and scents. 

Whether you prefer backflow cones for a mesmerizing smoke waterfall effect, incense sticks for a traditional aromatic experience, or a combination of both, we have options to cater to your preferences.

The scents included in our subscription service are carefully curated to offer a variety of fragrance profiles, from floral and light to deep and rich notes.

Whether you appreciate delicate floral aromas or prefer more robust scents, our subscription has something for everyone.

At this time, our Flexible Incense Subscription comes with pre-set options that offer a variety of combined types and scents.

While you cannot customize individual subscriptions at this time, we strive to provide a diverse selection of fragrances to appeal to a range of preferences. 

The recurrence period or frequency of your incense deliveries depends on the duration you choose for your subscription, whether it's one, two, or three months. 

For example, if you select a one-month subscription, you will receive your incense every month. Similarly, a two-month subscription will result in deliveries every two months, and a three-month subscription will result in deliveries every three months.

We offer hassle-free exchanges or returns up to 14 days after your item has been shipped. If you need to return an item, please review our REFUND POLICY.  

In order to facilitate a return or exchange, we will need the original order number. You can find this on your order confirmation email.

While original packaging is preferred, any box that can safely be shipped will do.  You are required to ship an item back before receiving a refund or exchange (when applicable).

Step 1. Familiarize yourself with our REFUND POLICY.

Step 2. Send us an email at support@aumani.ca or create a ticket in our SUPPORT PORTAL with the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Telephone number
• Email Address
• Explanation of the defect
• High-quality photo or video showing the defects. If images are not provided we will not be able to complete your request.

Step 3. Navigate to our page Support Portal.  Select the item you would like to return. If you are returning more than one item, you will need to repeat this process for each item.

Step 4. Follow the series of prompts to guide you through either an exchange or a return, depending on your preference.

Step 5. While original packaging is preferred, any carrier approved box will do. Please send the item back to us within 28 days.

Please note: Returns to your original form of payment generally take 2-3 weeks from the time you send the package until the warehouse receives and processes it.

Depending on the level of damage, we may require some items to be shipped back to us and if you run into any issues, please let us know! 

Returns can take up to 14 days from the date shipped to arrive back to us and are usually processed within 1 week. We will send you an email once the refund has been processed. 

If you have waited more than 3 weeks with no email please create a SUPPORT TICKET.

• You can earn one point for every dollar spent on purchases
• Earn 1.5x points per subscription amount with incense subscriptions
• Directly contribute to the community outreach to earn up to 4x points
• Earn 20 points per referral, and your referral will receive 10 points

The more points you earn, the more you you can save.  Tranquil Rewards Points can be redeemed for discounts at the shopping cart before checkout.

• 250 points for a 5% discount
• 500 points for a 10% discount
• 1000 points for a 25% discount

Additional point promotions may be advertised on social media and our newsletters.

Points can be redeemed for discounts of up to $25 at a time, depending on the number of points accumulated.

 No, Aumani's Tranquil Rewards Points do not expire.

Tranquil Rewards Points are available for registered members and visible on the Member Profile screen.

Once sufficient points are available, redeemable discount options will automatically appear in the Order Total.

Tranquil Rewards Points can be combined with other offers or promotions.  For example, enjoy a discounted prices when purchasing three or more incense packages.  At checkout, use your Tranquil Rewards Points for even more savings.
