As the son of a retired physician, I'm profoundly inspired by my mother's enduring commitment to helping those less fortunate.

Her selflessness and dedication to the medical field led her to establish a self-funded community medical clinic and education center in the community of Barrio Cristo Rey, located in the Dominican Republic, over 20 years ago.

I have witnessed firsthand and contributed to the the positive change we can make in people's lives.

I saw the smiles on the faces of children who were receiving an education that they may not have otherwise had access to.

I shared in the relief on the faces of parents who were able to receive medical care for themselves and their families and took action to build Aumani as a source to continue to provide to those in need.
